At UK Agency 360, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, SEO, social media, web design, and advertising services. Because our work involves time, expertise, strategy development, and intellectual labour, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be granted.
By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to UK Agency 360 are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
This includes—
✔ SEO services
✔ Google Ads management
✔ Social media management
✔ Social media advertising
✔ Website design
✔ Branding & creative
✔ Content creation
✔ Consulting or audit services
Once work begins, we cannot issue refunds for time spent, resources allocated, or assets delivered.
2. Upfront Payments & Deposits
Most projects require an upfront payment or deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure time, resources, planning, and internal workflow.
If a client decides not to proceed after the deposit is paid, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Monthly Retainers
For SEO, SMM, PPC, and maintenance retainers:
- Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle starts
- Cancelling a retainer stops the next billing cycle but does not refund the current one
- Work performed during the month (even partially) is considered billable
4. Digital Products & Downloads
Any digital templates, frameworks, audits, reports, or downloadable items are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Ad Spend (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Ad spend billed through Google, Meta, TikTok, or other platforms is non-refundable, as these payments go directly to third-party platforms—not UK Agency 360.
We cannot refund or reverse any platform billing.
6. Refunds Due to Delays
Refunds are not issued for delays caused by:
- Slow client communication
- Missing content, access, or approvals
- Changes in project direction
- External platform issues (Google, Meta, hosting, servers, etc.)
However, we will always work to adjust timelines responsibly.
7. Quality Concerns
If you are unhappy with service quality:
- We will revise, adjust, or improve deliverables within the project scope
- We do not provide refunds based on subjective preference
- No results (rankings, sales, followers, etc.) are guaranteed
Marketing outcomes involve many external factors beyond our control.
8. Situations Where Partial Refunds MAY Apply
Partial refunds are only considered if:
- No work has been started
- The request is made within 24 hours of payment
- A duplicate payment was accidentally made
Any approved refund will take 5–10 business days to process.
9. Project Termination by Agency
If UK Agency 360 must cancel a project due to unforeseen internal reasons:
- A proportional refund may be issued
- All completed deliverables will be provided to the client
This is extremely rare and handled on a case-by-case basis.
10. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution:
- Violates our Terms & Conditions
- May result in termination of services
- May lead to legal actions to recover project costs, time, and losses
